If you are unhappy with your product and it is in resalable condition (Other than in the case of a defective item), you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of original purchase price (Not Including Shipping)..
• If an items (s) is purchased with the wrong size, an exchange can be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Orders payable by check to Dome Plus are also subject to a hold until the check has cleared.
• All merchandise is shipped FedEx Ground or USPS unless otherwise specified. Usually the items are shipped out the same day or within 48 hours. During the times when we are waiting for products to arrive, we may delay your shipment. If the delay will be significant, we will let you know so you can decide to proceed with the order. We are, however, at the dependency of FedEx and/or the U.S. Postal Service and thus do not guarantee shipment time. If you need to verify shipping or get a tracking number, we will be happy to help you.
• All merchandise is offered on a first come, first served basis, and is therefore subject to prior sale. Please feel free to call us to verify availability of product.
