Everything is
shipped from our store next to the Metrodome in Minneapolis. Therefore, the closer
you are to Minneapolis, the quicker you will receive your shipment.

Regular FedEx Ground Shipping
usually ships to the East/West Coasts in 3-5 business
days and to
the Midwest in 1-2 business days. FedEx Express Saver usually
arrives in 3 or 4
business days. Please remember that FedEx
Express does not deliver
on Saturday or Sunday and is NOT Available to AK/HI or terroritoes. Saturday,
Sunday and Major Holidays do not count as part of the delivery/transit day.

Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for
actual shipping charges incurred by DomePlus.com. Once we receive the
package back in our store, we will issue a credit to the original credit
card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the
package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not
originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of
this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the
lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appeared to be
damaged in shipping.

Oversized Packages
Some of the items cannot be shipped Via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day
Express via our Flat Rate Express Services. If you need something
Oversized quicker, you may call in your order and pay the exact Express
Charges -- Usually this is 2-3 times the normal rate (For example: An
over sized jacket being shipped Next Day Air would probably cost $50-60 USD.
